What do I need to start working together?
– Smartphone with internet connection and Slovak phone number (Android operating system at least 10, for iPhone at least iOS 11)
– Valid food license for working with food
– Means of transport (Vehicle, motorcycle, electric scooter, bicycle)
– Decent and presentable behavior
– Minimum age 18
– Clean criminal record
– Communicate in Slovak or English
– Equipment for delivery: Thermal boxes from Bistro.sk according to the means of transport, for the vehicle and a supply card
*WARNING! The work cannot be performed simultaneously with a taxi or other food delivery service
What mandatory equipment will I need and what is the optional additional equipment?
Mandatory equipment:
You will need a thermal bag, which you will order in the last step of registration. After signing the GDPR terms and conditions, a link to order the gear will be emailed to you. A deposit of 30€ is made for the gear and it is delivered by courier to your address.
For the vehicle you will need: Pizza box, hot food bag and supply card for the window
For other means of transport (bicycle, scooter, motorcycle) you will need: Bike Thermobox and protective helmetOptional equipment:

– bistro t-shirt in sizes S, M, L, XL, XXL
– summer jacket in size S, M, L, XL, XXL

What if I don't have a food licence?
Don’t despair! Even though a food license is necessary for working with food, you can get it relatively quickly at your local doctor, provided that your health allows it.
What if I'm in another fleet but want to be a fleet partner?
Provided that you have settled all obligations in the previous company, we will be happy to help you and solve the entire transfer together.
When and how much can I deliver?
Working hours are as flexible as possible! You decide when you will deliver. Reporting to work shifts is made a week in advance. First come, first served.
If you are a courier on a bicycle, scooter or scooter, your working hours are extremely flexible! You decide when you will deliver.
If you are a vehicle courier, you need to plan changes a week in advance, e.g. morning, afternoon or evening.
How much can I earn on average?
You can earn up to €500/week
How does the payout work?
Payments are made on a weekly basis on Thursdays and Fridays
How are delivery zones divided in the city of Bratislava?
Zones in the city of Bratislava are divided into:
1. Staré mesto, Kramáre, Karlová Ves, Dlhé Diely, Petržalka, Ružinov, Nové mesto, Rača, Vrakuňa, Podunajské Biskupice
2. Devínska nova Ves, Záhorská Bystrica, Dúbravka, Lamač
What bonuses can you get?
– Referral bonus for new courier 50€
– Transfer bonus up to 100€
– Vehicle sticker bonus 20€/week (the vehicle to receive the bonus is assessed individually according to the age and condition of the vehicle)
– Referral bonus up to 150€
*Conditions for obtaining individual bonuses are specified in the registration email
Do you do competitions for fleet partners?
Of course! We do competitions on a monthly basis, in which the best couriers are involved.
